Community and Canvas at Cornell Tech

Our second session of Startup Studio was a jam-packed multi-media-plus-workshop experience.

The teams first had “scrum,” where they workshopped their napkin business canvases. Then it was off to an outstanding lecture by Gary Chou where he answered the question “Why start a startup class talking about community?”

Thanks to his lecture, and the fantastic “hello world” posts from the students (see #CornellTechStartupStudio on Twitter) my enthusiasm for social media was as high as its been since Twitter was missing vowels.
